The Peterson Companies has signed two new tenants to The Promenade at Virginia Gateway:  BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.

The two restaurants will join La Tagliatella, Bar Louie, Nando’s Peri Peri, and Pinkberry, which were previously announced by the developer.

“We are excited to bring these premier restaurant concepts to the community. Both restaurants offer an extensive menu, quality food and great service in an authentic atmosphere,” said Taylor Chess, President Retail for Peterson Companies.

According to the company, the 8,376-square foot BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse will feature their signature deep-dish pizza, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, soups, pastas, entrees and desserts, including the Pizookie® desserts.

"In addition, the company operates several microbreweries and partners with qualified contract brewers to produce and distribute BJ’s critically acclaimed proprietary handcrafted beers," they said.

This will be the chain's first Virginia location.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, which will occupy a 6,790-square foot space, will  feature upscale, casual dining and American cuisine in, "a cozy, intimate setting infused with tantalizing wood-fired aromas." The company already operates six locations in Virginia, including a restaurant in Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge.

The Promenade at Virginia Gateway, easily one of the most anticipated commercial developments in western Prince William County, will open in the fall of 2013.
