Local Entrepreneur Represents Gainesville in Dallas at Mary Kay Seminar

Mary Kay Inc.’s annual seminar brings together independent beauty consultants from across the country and around the world to celebrate their business achievementas and the company’s 50^th anniversary and to provide education, motivation and recognition. Button began her Mary Kay business in 2007 and is currently an independent sales director.  At the seminar,  Button was recognized as a new sales director in the National Court of Sales, as well as being on stage with a new debuting national area! “It felt so amazing to be at the Mary Kay seminar celebrating my team’s achievements and the 50^th anniversary of Mary Kay,” said Button. “They redesigned the whole stage in celebration and the shows and prizes were out of this world. It was wonderful to be inspired to great new things this year as well as celebrate and reflect on the past year's achievements! There is nothing quite like the MK seminar; it's  a cross between an educational seminar, a Miss America Pageant and a self-improvement retreat! Last year’s “Suits for Shelters” effort resulted in the donation of more than 2,500 gently-used outfits for domestic violence survivors seeking jobs.
