Nando's Peri-Peri to Open Next Month at Promenade, Holds Job Fair

In anticipation of opening next month at the Promenade at Virginia Gateway, Nando's Peri-Peri USA is holding a job fair in Gainesville on Tuesday.

The Portuguese/Mozambican-themed restaurant is looking to interview potential cashiers, hosts, runners, expos and grillers over the next couple of weeks.

Managers will be conducting on the spot interviews at the job fair at Gateway Business Center, 7538 Limestone Drive  Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Nando's Peri-Peri first opened in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1987; Nando's Peri Peri can be found on five continents around the world.

"A flame-grilling Peri-Peri chicken restaurant, customers of Nando's restaurants choose from a menu that includes full, half or quarter butterfly-cut chicken, burgers, pitas and salads, and their Peri-Peri flavor basting from mild, hot, extra hot or lemon and herb," the company said in a press release.

The chain has three restaurants in Virginia with a Woodbridge location that opened in June.
