The O.W.N. (Occoquan, Woodbridge, Neabsco) Optimists are hosting their 2nd Annual Frigid February 5k Walk/Run. The race will held in historic Occoquan, Virginia on Saturday, February 8, 2014.

Proceeds from this fun event will go toward establishing a Junior Optimist Club at Saunders Middle School. The Optimists conduct positive service projects aimed at providing a helping hand to youth.
