Prince William Schools Cancels Evening Activities

Due to weather concerns, Prince William County Public Schools has cancelled its Jan. 20 evening activities, taking place after 6:30 p.m.

“Prince William County Public Schools and community evening activities including night school, GED, and adult education are cancelled as of 6:30 p.m. tonight due to predictions of below freezing temperatures and a clipper system passing through our area,” said Supervisor of Community Relations Irene Cromer.

SACC will close at its normal time.

The Prince William School Board meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Kelly Leadership Center will take place as scheduled, said Cromer.
