Next Level Fitness Starts Winter Athlete Performance Training Dec. 9

Morning training class works on strength training at Next Level Fitness.

Next Level Fitness and Performance in Haymarket, regarded as the areaʼs premier performance training facility, is currently enrolling elite and aspiring athletes in its popular winter training programs.

All programs, except Collegiate Athlete Training, begin December 9 and run for 10 weeks. Collegiate Athlete Training begins December 16 and runs for four weeks. All sessions are conducted by professional Athletic Performance Coaches. Next Levelʼs athlete training sessions are broken down by age level, and athletes are encouraged to go to Next Levelʼs website for detailed session descriptions:

High School (ages 15-18), three 90-minute sessions per week.

Middle School (ages 13-14), three 60-minute sessions per week

Middle School (age 11-12), three 60-minute sessions per week

Early Athletic Development (ages 7-10), two 60-minute sessions per week

Collegiate Athlete Training, three 90-minute sessions per week

Because class sizes are limited, athletes are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Any athlete registering by October 31st will receive 10 percent off winter session fees.
