Prince William County Police charged a Manassas Park man and a Catlett man with indecent exposure following separate incidents at the Walmart located at 9401 Liberia Ave in Manassas.

According to police, an employee of the store reported Aug. 10 that he had observed a subject, later identified as Keith Anare Williams, 42, of Manassas Park, approach numerous women while inside the store and attempted to touch them.

"At one point, the accused exposed himself and made an obscene gesture towards a female customer," police spokesperson Officer Steven R. Mattos, Jr. said. "The accused fled the area prior to police arrival."

Police identified Williams, who was charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display, and arrested Aug. 12 without incident.

The suspect's court date is Sept. 24 and he is held without bond.

Police returned to the store Aug. 11 at 2:26 p.m. for reports of a second individual, identified as Joshua Lee Richards, 31, of Catlett, who also allegedly exposed himself to a 24-year-old Manassas man.

The victim reported to police that he observed Richards expose himself in the Walmart parking lot.

Richards was arrested without incident and charged with indecent exposure.

His court date is Sept. 21 and he was released on a summons.
