60-Year-Old Gainesville Man Robbed at Gunpoint Saturday

Prince William County Police are searching for a man and a woman who robbed a 60-year-old Gainesville man in the area of the 6400 block of Trading Square Saturday evening.

According to the vicitm, a white male brandishing a handgun approached him while he walking in the Haymarket Village Center.

"The man took the victim’s wallet before fleeing in a silver 4-door sedan driven by an unknown woman," police spokesman Officer Nathan Probus said.

The victim sustained no injuries.

Police describe the male suspect as white, 25 & 30-years-old, 5 feet 7 inches, 165lbs with a medium build, brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light grey shirt, dark pants and a white mask.

The woman is white, 25-30-years-old with brown hair.
