Torrential rain storms over the past several days has made traveling in the area very hazardous as many as 35 prince William County roads have been closed due to high water danger. Despite the 81 degree/sunny weather Thursday, Prince William County Police report some that are still closed as of 5:30 p.m. These include:
Fleetwood Drive from MCB8 to Hazelwood Drive - Closed
Bristow Road/Lucasville - Closed
Lake Drive/Leland Road - Closed
Lake Drive/Pryia Court - Closed
Old Church Road at the Bridge - Closed
River Road between Davis Ford and Twin Beech Court - Closed
Old Church Road/Slate Run Road - Vehicle submerged overnight
