Arrest Made in Food Lion Homicide

Prince William County Police have announced that the woman suspected in the killing Cordrey Douglas Jackson at the Hoadly Road Food Lion in Manassas, November 29, has been taken into custody.

Members of the U.S. Marshal led Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested the suspect, Robert Edlina Brandon, 23, of Bixley Hill Court in Woodbridge.

Brandon was located at a residence on Addison Road in Capitol Heights, Maryland where she was arrested without incident.

The accused will remain in custody in Maryland until extradited back to Virginia.

Roberta Edlina Brandon has been charged with murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

A court date is pending. Brandon is awaiting extradition.

The victim was identified as Cordrey Douglas Jackson, 24, of Dumfries
