UPDATED: Brian Bo Located, Unharmed

Updated: June 6, 10 a.m. According to police, Brian Bo has been located and is safe. "He was found in a wooded area in the 14200 block of Blue Heron Way around 9:45 a.m," police spokesman Jonathan Perok said. Prince William County Schools said that the public played a significant role in locating Brian. "We are grateful to those who responded to the request to contact police with information," Director of Communications Service Phil Kavits said. Updated: June 6, 7:25 a.m. Prince William County Police have classified Brian Bo as a "voluntary missing juvenile," who is not listed as endangered. Updated: June 6, 12 a.m. No AMBER Alert has been issued for Brian Bo as of  12 a.m. Friday since Prince William County Police have NOT determined that the Gainesville Middle School seventh grader has been abducted. "Once law enforcement determines that a child has been abducted and the abduction meets AMBER Alert criteria, law enforcement issues an AMBER Alert and notifies broadcasters and state transportation officials," the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Justice Programs posted on their website. There are reports that Brian stayed after school to attend an art club meeting and may have taken an activity bus to an unfamiliar location. This afternoon a Gainesville student by the name of Brian Bo went missing. He was last seen at the end of the school day at the bus loop, but he did not return home.
