Bristow Swim Coach Arrested for Taking Indecent Liberties with Minor

According to Fair Oaks Police, regional swim coach Noah Rucker, 39, of 9125 Big Springs Loop in Bristow has been charged for allegedly having inappropriate sexual contact with an underaged female back in 2001.
On June 13, police responded to a report alleging Rucker, who was employed by James Madison High School as a swim coach, had inappropriate sexual contact with the victim while she attended the school.
According to a statement by police, “The victim was 17-years-old and the suspect 29-years-old at the time the incidents occurred.”
A police investigation led to Rucker’s arrest on June 15 with “three counts of indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial and/or supervisory position.”
