Bristow Woman Woken by Attempted Burglary

Prince William Police are investigating an attempted burglary in the 10200 block of Moss Tower Place in Bristow.

According to the homeowner, she was asleep in her bedroom Tuesday night when she heard a noise coming from the rear of the home.

“The homeowner reported to police that after hearing the noise, the homeowner contacted police,” police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. “Officers arrived at the home and discovered a rear window screen which was bent; no entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.”

The homeowner did not see the suspect and could not give a description to police, Perok said.
