Prince William County Police are investigating the theft of copper electrical wiring from a warehouse located in the 14200 block of John Marshall Highway in Gainesville.
According to the property manager, the burglary occurred between 6:15 p.m. Nov. 19 and 5:55 a.m. Nov. 20.
"The investigation revealed that entry was made into the warehouse through a temporary wooded door which was forced open," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said.
