A driver, who overturned her car on Devlin Road sometime after 11 a.m. Wednesday, was air-lifted to Fairfax INOVA hospital. "A vehicle on Devlin Road drove off the road, over saplings, causing the vehicle to roll onto the roof," said Captain James Paul, spokesperson for the Prince William County Department of Fire & Rescue. According to Paul, the driver said she did not know why she ran off the road, but told police she attempted to drive back onto the road and was unable to do so. "The driver was flown to Fairfax INOVA hospital with minor injuries and is expected to make a full recovery," Paul said. The accident took place on Devlin Road between the intersections of University Drive and Linton Hall Road. Road closures between 11:30 a.m. and noon caused traffic backups in the area. Prince William Scanner Bums reported that as of 12:30 p.m., Devlin Road was reopened.
