Four Juveniles Arrests Made in Manassas ‘Molotov Cocktail’ Incident

City of Manassas Fire Marshals and police officers arrested four juveniles in connection with the August “Molotov Cocktail” incident on September 16, 2014.

Police charged each of the juveniles with three felony counts: destruction of property, manufacture of a firebomb and attempted burning of an occupied dwelling.

The arrests were the result of an investigation into an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of Aug. 11, 2014 in the 9600 block of Shannon Lane.

“The juveniles, ages sixteen and seventeen, are being held at the Prince William County Juvenile Detention Center until a court date is scheduled,” said Public Affairs Specialist for the City of Manassas Patty Prince.
