Prince William County Police arrested a 20-year-old man and two minors from Gainesville on robbery charges following a narcotics transaction with a juvenile from Manassas.

According to the 16-year-old victim, at approximately 2 p.m Jan. 13, he made arrangements to meet with other acquaintances in the 11600 block of Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas to conduct a narcotics transaction.

"During the transaction, one of the suspects produced a handgun and took an undisclosed amount of money from the victim," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. "There were no injuries reported."

Following an investigation, police determined the weapon used to be a BB gun and that the incident was not random.

Two 16-year-old males, who allegedly participated in the incident, were also charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Studer's court date is pending and his bond information is unavailable. The minors are being held at the Juvenile Detention Center.
