Prince William County police are searching for Lucas Balmori Orellana Chicas, 34, for allegedly raping a 19-year-old Manassas woman May 7.
According to police, the woman was attacked by an acquaintance in a residence located in the 8100 block of Community Drive in Manassas.
“After the assault, the accused was confronted by a friend of the victim in front of the residence where a physical altercation ensued,” police spokesman Jonathan Perok said. “The accused was able to get away and fled on foot.”
Police searched the area but could not find the suspect, who they describe as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches, 145 pounds, medium build with brown eyes and a shaved head.
“Following the investigation, a warrant was obtained,” Perok said.
