Manassas Man Arrested for Aggravated Sexual Battery, Rape

Carlos Alberto Mendoza Quintanill, 40, of Lomond Drive in Manassas was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, one count of rape and one count of carnal knowledge.

According to Prince William Police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok, on Mar. 17 detectives from the special victims unit began an investigation into a sexual assault that, according to reports, occurred at a residency at the 9500 block of Lomond Drive in Manassas.

“The investigation revealed that the victims, an 18-year old woman and a 14-year old female, were sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance, on more than one occasion over the past few year,” Perok said.

Following an investigation, Mendoza Quintanill was arrested on March 21. He is being held without bond. His court date has not yet been set.
