Manassas Man Charged with Child Endangerment after Traffic Stop

Following an Aug. 1 traffic stop in the area of Sudley Road and Plantation Lane in Manassas, Prince William County Police charged Marvin Serrano Hercules, 30, of Manassas with child endangerment, driving under the influence and driving without a license.

According to police, Hercules' 4-year-old son was inside the vehicle at the time of the stop.

"During the encounter, the accused was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. "The child was not injured."

Following an investigation, officers arrested the accused.

Hercules' court date is pending; he was released on a $6,500 bond.
