Original Story:

Prince William Police arrested Benjamin Chisolm, 19, of Davidsonville, Maryland Monday, charging him with aggravated sexual battery, after a woman reported being inappropriately touched by him at a Jiffy Lube Live concert Sunday.

A female patron approached officers at 8:30 p.m., Sunday, during a concert at the Bristow concert pavilion on Cellar Door Drive, to report a sexual assault.

“The victim, a 49-year-old woman of Colonial Beach, Virginia, reported to police that she was attending the concert and fell asleep on the lawn area. When she woke, an unknown man was lying beside her and touching her inappropriately,” Public Information Officer Jonathan Perok stated in a statement released to the media.

“The accused walked away from the victim and was eventually detained by police on an unrelated manner for being publicly intoxicated” Perok said.

Following an investigation, Chisolm was arrested. His court date is set for July 17. He is being held without bond.
