UPDATE, Sept. 28: The Prince William Police have reported that they found Mr. Rios safe.
Original Story: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered adult.
Mr. Yosue Joel Rios was last seen on Saturday, September 24 at approximately 9:30 a.m. at the 8200 block of Wycliffe Court in Manassas.
Rios is believed to have left the residence voluntarily and may be in need of assistance, which qualifies him as being endangered. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this individual is asked to call police at 703-792-6500.
Yosue Joel Rios is described as a 26-year-old Hispanic male, 5’6’’, 180 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, a mustache and full beard.
At the time, he was last seen wearing a black shirt, khaki shorts, black shoes and an LA Lakers' black baseball cap with yellow lettering.
