According to Jay Yankey, his family witnessed two individuals break into a money box at their Glenkirk roadside farm stand 5 p.m. Wednesday.
The two men cut into the side of the receptacle and stole an estimated $200.
"One of the individuals appeared to be of Middle Eastern or Indian decent," Yankey said. "The other had a lighter complexion and appeared to be of either either Middle Eastern or European decent."
Jay's father Jim Yankey and his Amy Franze saw the two men leave the scene in a white or silver mid-2000s Saab 9-3 wagon.
