Bill Henry, 69, of Papillion, NE, died from the injuries he sustained in a crash the afternoon of Aug. 30 when his 2010 Victory Cross motorcycle slammed into the rear of a Beaver Santiam recreational vehicle.
Henry, who was traveling southbound on the Prince William Pkwy. near Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas, died in an area hospital Sept. 14.
"The operator was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision and speed was determined to be a factor," police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok said.
