Prince William County Police responded at 1:40 a.m. Sunday to the 13300 block of Bristow Road in Nokesville for a report of shots fired.
Following an investigation, police charged Charles Stuart Lee, 53, of Manassas, Robert Lee Sazama, 51, of Bristow, and Frederick Nelson Ormsby, 52, of Nokesville each with reckless handling of a firearm.
"Officers arrived at the residence and observed three men firing rifles from a rear deck," said police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. "The officers were able to detain the three men without incident."
Police reported no injuries or property damage.
A court date is set for all of the suspects for Apr. 24, 2013; all were held on a $2,500 bond.
