The Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a fire that destroyed a storage structure located at 13600 block of Orlando Road in Nokesville Jan. 14.
Although no one was injured in the blaze, the structure, valued at $10,000.00, was a total loss.
“Upon arrival, fire and rescue units discovered a 30 foot by 40 foot outside storage structure fully involved; firefighters attacked and extinguished the fire with no further extension to neighboring structures,” Department of Fire & Rescue Public Information Specialist Kim Y. Hylander said.
The structure was completely engulfed when firefighters arrived at 6:30 p.m.
