Prince William County Police arrested Zachary Stanley Mosser, 25, of Edinburg April 28 for allegedly breaking into two Bristow businesses.

Police charged Mosser with two counts of burglary and two counts of grand larceny following last week's incident.

According to a spokesman, upon arrival to investigate an alarm at 4:28 a.m. Thursday, police found the front door to the Associate in Eyecare and a rear window to the Pizza Hut, both located at Bristow Center Drive, damaged.

"Upon reviewing video surveillance footage, an unknown male suspect was seen walking into the Associate in Eyecare and stealing multiple sunglasses from a display case," Officer Nathan Probus said. "The suspect fled prior to officers."

A K-9 unit located the suspect in a nearby shed; police detained and arrested Mosser without incident.

Mosser's court date is June 23, 2016 and he is held without bond.
