Photo Courtesy of Prince William County PolicePrince William County Police charged Dennis Alexander Marroquin, 35, of Manassas with malicious wounding and assault & battery following the alleged abduction of a 13-year-old female juvenile of Manassas June 24.
The victim reported to police that the suspect, whom she did not know, reportedly followed her into an allyway on Community Drive June 24, sometime between 4 p.m.-6 p.m.
"During the encounter, the suspect grabbed the victim’s wrist," police spokesman Jonathan Perok said. "A witness to the incident observed the actions and the suspect left the area without further contact."
The victim sustained no injuries, Perok said.
Police arrested Marroquin without incident July 21, following an investigation.
The suspect's court date is pending and he is being held without bond.
