Prince William County Police responded to a residence in the 9200 block of Rainbow Falls Drive in Bristow to investigate a burglary Aug. 24.
According to the homeowner, the burglary occurred between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 23 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 24.
"The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. "Entry is believed to have been made into the home through an unsecured garage door."
Perok said a wallet, iPad, money and other property were reported missing.
