Prince William County Police responded April 26 to a burglary of a residence located in the 14100 block of Club House Road in Gainesville.
According to the homeowner, the burglary occurred between 12:15 a.m. and 1:02p.m.
"The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence," police spokesman Officer Nathan Probus said. "Entry is believed to have been made into the home through an unsecured garage door."
He said a gaming console, purse, and jewelry were reported missing.
