Updated: Aug. 5, 7:40 a.m. Manassas City Police report that Ciera Sharnee Dawkins, reported missing Aug. 4, has returned home this morning without incident. Original Story: Manassas City Police are asking for the public's help in locating 15-year-old Sharnee Dawkins of Manassas. The teen, who also goes by "CeeCee" and "Shar," was last seen Monday, Aug. 4 at a family cookout on Nicol Lane in Manassas. According to police, relatives reported she was last seen at the gathering at about 7 p.m., wearing a white and brown tank top, a denim dress, and carrying a yellow purse. She is described as 5 feet 10 inches, 190 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
