Police Again Warn Bristow Residents to 'Be Vigilant'

Posted

policecrusiercloseFollowing a request by a Bristow community to respond to recent reports of burglaries in the area, Prince William County Police once again shared a crime alert with residents.

This crime alert was not issued in response to any specific recent incident.

In October, police first posted a statement requesting individuals monitor their neighborhoods for suspicious activity.

Police again ask residents to keep their homes secure at all times of the day, and contact police if they observe any suspicious activity or individuals.

"Be vigilant for suspicious persons or activity at all times, day or night," they said.

The non-emergency number for Prince William County police is 703-792-6500; in an emergency, residents are urged to call 911.
