The toy collection began on Nov. 14 and will run through Dec. 20.

"Please drop off toys to any Prince William County, City of Manassas Park and Manassas City fire station, Prince William County Public Safety Training Center in Nokesville as well as the lobby at the McCoart Government Center in Woodbridge," Communications Specialist Kim Y. Hylander said.

The Marine Toys for Tots program requires toys to be new and unwrapped; Toys for Tots cannot accept clothes or used toys for this event.

"Toys will be delivered to the Toys for Tots collection site for processing and delivery to pre-authorized organizations who have requested toys. Fire stations are not permitted to deliver these toys directly to citizens," she said. "Please contact your local Marine Toys for Tots Foundation distribution center for details."
