PWCS Says All Clear At Stonewall Middle School

Students are now safe at Stonewall Jackson Middle School* in Manassas after an unconfirmed threat.

According to PWCS, "students who remain after school at Stonewall Middle School have been safely relocated to the field house near the track on campus as a precaution following an unconfirmed threat to the school."

Two activity buses will run at 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Parents who wish to pick up their child may do so at the field house. Any remaining walkers will be released at 4;30 p.m. and will able to walk home.

The Police are conducting a thorough investigation

A PWCS phone message sent to residents this afternoon said "A threatening note had been found in a student's desk...We immediately contacted police and they will begin a thorough investigation."

According to PWCS, anyone found responsible will face disciplinary action.
