Thursday morning, Scott Jacobs’ (R) campaign announced that over 100 local small businesses have endorsed his campaign for Brentsville District Supervisor. With businesses as varied as the popular Tony’s Pizza (Bristow), Cork and Fork (Gainesville), FH Furr Plumbing, Heating, and Air (Manassas) and Crosby’s Crabs (Nokesville).

Trey Winslow, owner of Patriot Pro Clean, stated the following about why he is supporting Scott Jacobs:

“Scott gets it. Scott has created jobs in the district and has been an incredible source of information and help in the years since I started my small business in Nokesville. Prince William County has the opportunity to transition away from being strictly a “bedroom community” by putting a champion of small business on the Board of County Supervisors. With Scott representing our district, we will have the partner in Prince William County government that we need in order to attract high-tech and high-paying jobs away from Fairfax and Loudoun Counties which will then help the small businesses that are here already.”

Rodney Jones, owner of the locally renowned Aden Grocery added to Trey’s remarks by saying the following:

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Scott for many years and if there is one thing I can say about Scott it is that he truly cares about this district. He cares about what our local businesses need in order to thrive; he cares about protecting the rural nature of the district that we both grew up in and around; and he cares about improving the lives of the people that live here. I’ll feel more secure in the future of my business and of my community with Scott Jacobs as my County Supervisor.”
