An individual(s) entered a residence located in the 10600 block of Shaeffer Lane in Nokesville through a pet door and stole two guitars valued around $1100.
According to the homeowner, the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. Dec. 19 and 6:50 p.m. Dec. 20..
"There were no signs of forced entry," police spokesperson Officer Ericca Figueroa said. "Entry is believed to have been gained through an unsecured pet door."
