A Bridlewood resident reported that someone entered her car early Tuesday and stole credit cards and $60 cash.
“I noticed it when I went to get in my car,” she said. “They took cash and some credit cards; I already canceled them.”
The resident said the car, a silver/light blue Sonata, was parked in the area of Shire Place.
“The way were scattered, it looks like maybe teenagers, but [I’m] not sure,” she said.
She said there was no damage to the car, which she originally thought was locked. However, she later learned that her daughter may have inadvertently left the car unlocked after retrieving some items.
“I just wanted people in my area to be on the lookout,” she said. “It seems no place is safe anymore.”
