Prince William County Police responded Oct. 2 to a residence located in the 12100 block of Nokesville Road in Bristow to investigate a burglary.
According to the homeowner, the burglary occurred between 8 a.m. Sept. 11 and 8 a.m. Sept. 25.
"The investigation revealed that entry was made into a shed on the property; there were no signs of forced entry," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. "Tools, total value around $1,300, were reported missing."
