Two Arrested in Robbery of Bristow Teen

Prince William County Police arrested Eric Sims Walker, 27, and a 17-year-old Gainesville male July 28 on charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony in connection with a  failed narcotics transaction.

According to police, the detectives with the Robbery Unit identified two suspects involved in the robbery of a 18-year-old, who made arrangements to conduct a narcotics transaction with four acquaintances in the area of Tackhouse Court and Tackhouse Loop in Gainesville July 17.

Those individuals allegedly assaulted and stole drugs and money from the victim.

Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of two of the suspects.

"On July 28, members of the Bike Unit located and arrested Walker without incident at a residence in Gainesville," police spokesman Officer Nathan Probus. "On July 29, the 17-year- old male juvenile was also located and arrested without incident."

Walker's court date is Aug. 22, 2016 and he is held without bond. The 17-year-old male's court date is pending; he is currently at the Juvenile Detention Center.
