Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit located Deon Joshua Seth Wilson, 22, while leaving a Bristow residence.

The suspect in an incident Monday involving allegations of assault and abduction of an 18-year-old Manassas woman was charged with burglary while armed, abduction, brandishing a firearm, assault & battery, and destruction of property.

Wilson's court date is May 31, 2016 and he is held without bond.

Prince William County Police are searching for Deon Joshua Seth Wilson, 22, of Bristow, who allegedly attacked and held a 18-year-old Manassas woman captive Monday.

The victim told police that Wilson, an acquaintance, kicked in her front door of her residence, located in the 10900 block of Postern Court in Manassas, and assaulted her.

"Once inside, the accused struck the victim in the arm and lower body,"police spokesman Officer Nathan Probus said. "When the victim attempted to get away, the accused brandished a handgun and prevented her from leaving the home."

According to police, after several hours, the suspect left the residence and they were contacted.

The victim sustained minor injuries, Probus said.

Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused; however, attempts to locate Wilson have been unsuccessful.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, 6 feet 4 inches, 200 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

Wilson is wanted for burglary, abduction, brandishing a firearm, assault & battery,and destruction of

property.
