According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, motorists will face intermittent lane closures approaching Aden Road Bridge in Nokesville next week.
"VDOT and Virginia Tech will be performing load testing work/research on Aden Road Bridge next week," said Preliminary Engineering Manager Claudia Llana.
Lane closures will only occur outside of peak hours of 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and flaggers will be present.
"VMS will be placed this week to alert the public of next week’s planned work," she said.
