Residents opposed to the Bi-County Parkway cheered when Prince William County Supervisors unanimously adopted a citizen’s resolution to keep Va. 234 and U.S. 29 open; however, this week, Superintendent of the Manassas National Park Service Ed Clark tried to convince the Supervisors to retract that position.
