NWS Issues Dense Fog Advisory

The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for the area until 10 a.m. Thursday morning.

"Areas of dense fog will cause significant reductions in visibility leading to hazardous driving conditions," NWS said.

A Dense Fog Advisory means that visibility will be reduced to less than one-quarter mile.

The service cautions motorists to use low-beam headlights and leave plenty of distance of the car ahead.
