NWS Issues Winter Weather Advisory for Wednesday

Ahead of a second wave of accumulating snowfall, the National Weather Association has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Prince William County from 1 a.m. until noon Wednesday. According to NWS, the area could see accumulations of 1-3 inches of snow, which should begin between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. "Snow accumulation will affect the morning commute," they said. "Untreated roadways will be slick." Highs Wednesday will be near 35 degrees, with temperatures dipping to 15 degrees Wednesday night.
