Prince William Detectives with the Homicide Unit arrested a 20-year-old Woodbridge man, Nov. 10, in connection to the double homicide that occurred at a home located in the 14100 block of Renegade Court in Woodbridge on Nov. 5.

The man arrested, Julian Khari Graham, 20, of Woodbridge, was identified as the second suspect who forcibly entered the home where a shooting occurred.

Graham was charged with murder 2nd degree, burglary while armed, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

"During the exchange of gunfire, a resident of the home and the other suspect were both fatally shot, and a 21-year-old contractor wounded," said 1st Sgt. Jonathan Perok of the Prince William Police.

On Nov. 8, the Prince William Police released the identities of two men killed in a shooting on Renegade Court on Nov. 5.

The male resident of the home was identified as 20-year-old Joseph James Harden.

"The investigation revealed Harden was inside the home along with the homeowner, identified as a 59-year-old woman, and two contractors when two suspects forcibly entered the residence," Perok said.

An altercation ensued inside the home that escalated resulting in an exchange of gunfire in which Harden and one of the intruders, identified as Zhabriell Antoine Perkins, were shot.

Both men died at the scene.

One of the contractors working at the home, identified as a 21-year-old man, was also shot, sustaining a non-life threatening wound to the lower body.

The second suspect, now identified as Graham, fled on foot to a vehicle described as a black-in-color 2014 Jeep Cherokee.

The homeowner and the other contractor were not injured.

Police said the incident was not random, they believe the intruders targed Harden.

Police described the suspect as a black male, approximately 6’3” with a thin build last seen wearing a black jacket with a stripe on the sleeve and black pants.

On Nov. 10, following an investigation, police arrested Julian Khari Graham, 20, of 1760 Riverbend Way in Woodbridge

Graham's court date is pending. He is being held without bond.

Perok said police are still investigating who shot Perkins, the other intruder who entered the home.
