The Promenade at Virginia Gateway is one of the most anticipated commercial developments in western Prince William County; however except for the signing of Regal Theaters as an anchor, the developer has been silent about other tenants.
Bristow Beat has confirmed that Houston-based fashion accessories retailer Charming Charlie will be open a store June 16 in the Gainesville retail center.
At the June 6 presentation to the Prince William County Board of Supervisors, Peterson Companies Vice President Paul Weinschenk hinted that the Peterson Companies were in active negotiations with several restaurants and women’s fashion retailers.
Peterson Companies also said it is working to sign three different upscale women’s apparel retailers.
Charming Charlie has over 200 stores throughout the United States, and claims to offer “uniquely designed in-store experiences featuring a breath-taking volume and variety of accessories, ingeniously arranged by color, making that perfect accent fun and easy to find.”
The women’s fashion retailer currently has six stores throughout Virginia.
