Missing Westie Found in Manassas Near Bristow, Seeking Owner

Posted

A male West-Highland White Terrier (Westie) male was found near the Route 28 West Manassas Super Target near Bristow on March 27.

According to our source, the woman who found him, Crystal McGovern, took him into PetSmart to see if someone could identify him, but no one could.

The dog is currently being kept by McGovern, who lives in the Victory Lakes community in Bristow.

McGovern has already reached out to local veterinarians for their help in indentifying the little white dog, who had no collar. A vet has discovered that the dog is chipped, but the chip has not been registered.

The Westie appears to be in good health. He is about 15 lbs, newly groomed, but with a bushy back tale. He has a long, slender face.

Anyone with any information can contact Crystal McGovern by phone at 703-328-6715. She is also on Facebook as Crystal Mannick McGovern.
