Another Bicycle Stolen from Open Bristow Garage

Prince William County Police reported that for the second time in a week, someone stole a bicycle from an open garage in Bristow Nov. 8.

According to the homeowner, the burglary occurred at a residence in the 9400 block of Merrimont Trace Circle between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. last Sunday.

"Further investigation revealed that entry was made into an attached garage through the garage door, which was left open," police spokesman Officer Nathan Probus said. "A bicycle was reported missing."

Police are investigating another bicycle theft, which occurred in the 9700 block of Lennice Way in Bristow Nov. 5.
