Linton Hall School Hosts Wild-West Community Fun Fair

Posted

Linton Hall School is holding a Wild-Western themed Community Fun Fair Saturday, Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 9535 Linton Hall Road, Bristow. The event is open to children of all ages, their parents and community members.

Attendees can expect the Community Fun Fair to include all of the traditional fall festival amusements such as bounce houses, face painting, balloon artists, games and crafts. There is even a petting zoo with some cute and fluffy animals. And, in the spirit of the season, the Fun Fair is offering hayrides and a hay pit play area.

For older children, Linton Hall School will have a video game truck. There is plenty for adults to do as well. There will be craft vendors, a silent auction and a raffle. Last, but not least, attendees can expect delicious food and treats!

Children are invited to come dressed in wild-west costumes, Halloween costumes or normal clothing.

Maren Finkel, Admissions Director for Linton Hall School, said the event is not meant to be an open house, but simply a fun community event to which everyone is invited. The entrance fee is $5 per person or $20 per family.

Finkel recommends that those who wish to attend purchase their tickets in advance online at lintonall.edu/funfair. Tickets will also be available at the door.

The administration of Linton Hall School also invites parents and their children to attend their open house scheduled for Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. Those interested in attending can call the school at 703-368-3157 for more information.
