Police said officers arrived at 8509 Rixlew Lane in Manassas at 90 Degrees/90 Grados restaurant and sports bar and located four victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
"All of the victims, two men and two women, were transported to area hospitals," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. "Three of the victims have since been treated and released."
One victim, a woman, remains hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
"The investigation into the shooting revealed that the suspect had been removed from the bar by security shortly after 2:00 a.m.," Perok said. "Once outside, the suspect got into his vehicle and drove by the front of the establishment where he opened fire, striking the victims."
Officers responded quickly to the scene and broadcasted a description of the suspect vehicle to local agencies.
"A Manassas City Police officer located the vehicle and detained the suspect following a traffic stop," Perok said. "Detectives are currently interviewing the suspect and charges are forthcoming."

According to police, officers responded 2:12 a.m. Monday to the 90 Degrees Restaurant and Sports Bar in Manassas and located four victims suffering from injuries
All victims have been transported to an area hospital and the extent of their injuries is currently not known.
"A possible suspect has been located and is detained," police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok said. "Further information on the victims, the suspect, and incident will be released later this morning."

Prince William Police responded early Monday morning to reports of shootings at the 8509 Rixlew Lane in Manassas at 90 Degrees/90 Grados restaurant and sports bar.
According to officials, as many as four individuals were injured and were taken to area medical facilities.
There are reports that police have suspects in custody.
90 Degrees markets itself as "family-friendly restaurant for top-notch Tex-Mex and international cuisine" and is located across from Manassas Mall.
